What casa.bo is and isn't
casa.bo is a platform where real estate agents publish properties from their network or their agency. With those listings we do two things: study Bolivia's real estate market with data (prices, medians, price per m² by zone) and help you find a property quickly, on a simple and clear site.
casa.bo is not a real estate agency. It does not sell, rent or give properties on anticrético, it does not represent owners or buyers, and it is not a party to any contract. Every transaction is between you, the agent who publishes the listing and the owner.
Who publishes each listing
Each listing says which agent publishes it on casa.bo and, if they work with an agency, which one. That agent is the one who answers you, arranges the viewings and is responsible for the listing's information.
Agents publish under their own responsibility and must have the authorization of the owner or of their agency to offer each property.
The information in the listings
The property's details (price, area, bedrooms, condition and paperwork) are provided by the agent who publishes it. casa.bo formats the descriptions so they read clearly, translates them into English and covers other agents' phone numbers in the photos, but it does not check every detail on site.
If you see a detail that doesn't add up, let us know and we will check it with the agent. Before signing, always check the property's paperwork.
Prices, availability and market data
Prices are set by each owner and can change, or the property can stop being available, without notice. casa.bo's medians, prices per m² and market studies are calculations over the published listings: they are there to guide you, not an appraisal or an investment recommendation.
Who owns the content
The texts, photos and other content of each listing belong to the agent who publishes it or to their agency. casa.bo does not own that content or hold any rights over it: it shows it with the agent's authorization, while the listing is published.
The casa.bo brand, the site's design, the guides and the data and studies we calculate (medians, prices per m², ranges) belong to casa.bo.
If you hold the rights to content published here and believe it is being used without your permission, write to [email protected]: we take it down while we look into it.
Use of the site
You can use the site to look for properties for yourself or for the people you advise. You may not copy the listings or the data in bulk, query them with automated programs or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Third-party links and services
The site uses WhatsApp for conversations, OpenStreetMap maps served by OpenFreeMap and Google Analytics to measure visits. Each has its own terms.
Limitation of liability
casa.bo is only the medium where agents publish their listings. It does not guarantee that a listing's information is accurate, complete or up to date, that the property is still available, or the outcome of any transaction.
To the extent permitted by law, casa.bo is not liable for any loss or damage, direct or indirect, arising from using the site, from relying on a listing's information or on the market data, or from the transactions, payments, advances or agreements between you, the agents, the agencies and the owners.
Don't hand over money, advances or original documents before you have seen the property and checked its paperwork at Derechos Reales, the property registry. If you need to, consult a lawyer.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we publish the new version here with its date. Changes apply from the moment they are published.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Plurinational State of Bolivia. Any dispute is settled before the courts of Santa Cruz de la Sierra.
Language
This English version is a translation of the Spanish terms. If the two differ, the Spanish version applies.
